2024 Front Row Representative: Neo Mashatola

I am Neo Mashatola, a Digital Media Planner at The MediaShop. I’m inspired by spaces that enable the cultivation of different ideas, where creativity and people-centric strategies come together to enhance experiences for both people and clients. I love problem-solving and enjoy blending creativity with strategic thinking whenever possible. I’m committed to contributing adaptable strategies and enhancing brand equity. I’m passionate about innovating within the dynamic realm of digital media, and I hope to continue my journey by cultivating my skills alongside amazing people.
I firmly believe that iron sharpens iron and that we cannot achieve success alone.

What is your field of study?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Brand Building and Management which I
obtained from Vega School in 2023.

What do you hope to achieve through the IAB Front Row?
Through the IAB Front Row program, I aim to immerse myself in the vibrant community of digital and creative professionals, gaining invaluable insights from industry leaders and peers alike. I am eager to expand my understanding of the ever-evolving digital media landscape, and I hope to leverage the learning opportunities to refine my strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills. This program offers a unique platform to connect with and be inspired by the best in the industry, and I am committed to using this experience to not only grow personally and professionally but also to contribute to the ongoing transformation and innovation in South Africa’s digital media space.
