I am Philani Mokoena, a Community Manager with an insatiable curiosity and boundless zest for life. I am highly passionate about inclusive representation, and driving creative work that is honest and memorable. I’m all about enhancing processes, quality, and making workflows better. What is your field of study?
I hold an honors degree specializing in Dramatic Arts with a focus on Design, Arts Management, and Musical Theatre from the University of the Witwatersrand (2019). I then expanded my skills through an intensive digital marketing course with Digify Africa (2019), gaining expertise in visual communication, design thinking, and collaboration with brands like Virgin Active and Word N Sound. Continuing my journey, I refined my digital marketing skills at the Red & Yellow Creative School of Business (2022), aiming to bring an innovative blend of artistry and strategy to the industry.
What do you hope to achieve through the IAB Front Row?
The IAB Front Row presents an exciting opportunity to learn from diverse industry players, foster creative and critical thinking, and adopt fresh approaches in contributing to industry growth. I’m excited to take this opportunity and to grow.
