I am Emihle Belewa, a Brand Intern at the Up&Up Group, where I am part of the Marketing Team supporting the diverse portfolio of agencies within the Group. Working across multiple agencies that provide a wide range of services to various clients has broadened my understanding of different industries and strengthened my ability to adapt to different brand and business environments. This exposure continues to expand both my professional knowledge and strategic thinking.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English and IsiXhosa. I am naturally curious and believe that every interaction is an opportunity to learn. I enjoy asking questions, seeking clarity, and continuously developing my knowledge and skills. This mindset has enabled me to grow confidently in every environment I have been part of.
Through the IAB Front Row programme, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of how the various disciplines within the advertising and marketing industry collaborate to produce impactful and innovative work. I also look forward to building meaningful relationships with both established industry professionals and emerging talent, exchanging ideas, learning from diverse perspectives, and contributing to a collaborative community that inspires growth and excellence.
