Zandile Mjika is a Perfect Store Lead with Pepsico. She has worked in the Sales, Commercial, Trade/Shopper/Channel Marketing and Category Management space for over 20 years. She has worked in a range of different organisations mostly FMCG, Liquor, Tobacco, and Music industries. She has a wealth of knowledge in -depth understanding of the South African Retail landscape both Formal and Informal trade and has in various organisations led growth acceleration, winning versus competition and be seen as a trusted partner by customers and enabling creation and implementation of key strategic priorities to drive granular growth through gold-standard execution
Recently as a growth catalyst, she has driven a growth and transformation agenda that ensures new systems solutions on how we use AI to better connect with consumers, and bring together platforms to ensure better targeting our consumer and shopper needs with strong insights and deliver an advantaged digitalization growth agenda. Her unique capabilities and strengths spread across a combination of commerce, sales marketing, and strategy focus on the highest level and the ability to lead stakeholder expectations across trade, third-party service providers network, executive committees and leadership teams but also leading cross-functional teams to deliver objectives across sales, finance, marketing, operations, and customer.

Farishta "Fari" Singh is a highly experienced and dedicated marketing executive with over a decade of comprehensive experience in shaping and implementing effective marketing strategies, customer experience management, and digital systems development. Currently serving as the Group Marketing Executive at TiAuto Investments, Fari directs robust marketing strategies for six businesses within the group. Her focus on driving revenue, market share, and brand awareness while ensuring an optimal customer experience in both physical and digital environments showcases her commitment to excellence.
Before TiAuto, she held leadership roles at renowned companies like Quali Health, 1886 Advertising, and Edcon, where she excelled in managing end-to-end marketing operations, establishing market presence in competitive markets, and achieving business revenue targets through effective marketing strategies.
Earlier in her career, Fari held positions at Grid Worldwide Branding and Design and FCB South Africa. She built and sustained strong client relationships, managed the successful rollout of various client campaigns, and ensured effective and consistent communication between agencies, clients, and stakeholders.
Fari's skills and expertise extend beyond conventional marketing approaches. She has proven her prowess in increasing digital footprints and managing end-to-end digital functions of platforms, which are integral in today's digital-first business world.
Fari holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Marketing from the University of the Witwatersrand.
