The IAB SA and Effective Measure online visitor statistics for February 2015 show that 35.2-million unique browsers – of whom 51.26% were female – were responsible for more than 1-billion page views on South African websites.

The September 2014 IAB SA and Effective Measure statistics show a notable increase in desktop and mobile profiles accessing member sites. In just two months, the findings show a 19.6% increase in unique browsers when compared with the July 2014 statistics.

The IAB South Africa and Effective Measure’s South African eCommerce Report for February 2014 shows that mobile traffic increased to 47% in December 2013, from an average monthly figure of 32%.
