The winners of the IAB Bookmark Awards were announced to a packed audience of the digital industry’s finest at The Galleria, Sandton last night. South Africa’s top talent and most memorable campaigns were recognised, illustrating how far the digital industry has come and laying the path for future innovation.

We received a record number of entries this year, many of which exhibited groundbreaking digital knowledge and strategic relevance. Our judges were inspired by the way our winning entrants combined courage, creativity and business savvy to create enduring work.”
South African agencies, publishers, marketers and individuals brought talent and digital innovation in spades to the IAB Bookmark Awards this year. Following several weeks of judging, the panel has narrowed down the record number of entries into a list of official finalists.

The entries are in, the coffee’s been brewed. South Africa’s leading industry players have begun to judge which contenders will scoop a coveted Bookmark Award in 2017. This round will be concluded by 13 February. The team of judges, led by Jury President John Dixon, features more diverse digital leaders than ever before.

The IAB SA is pleased to announce that the final deadline for all submissions to the Bookmark Awards 2017 has been extended until midnight on 25 November. This is in response to numerous requests from the industry and a phenomenal interest, in particular in the new categories.

The IAB SA Bookmark Awards, renowned for celebrating best in class digital executions, will once again recognise top talent within the industry at South Africa’s most sought-after awards.
